THIS PROJECT began with a request from high value insurance brokers, Lumley St Aubyn, for new versions of their sales letters.
Francis's letters, which produced a 40% increase in response rate, provided a platform for the development of their brand identity and a sales leaflet, which he and Robert worked on.
The success of these two projects led to a commission for the complete redesign of the Lumley St Aubyn website.
Working closely with the client and online strategy consultant, Chris Anders, we developed a site that presents Lumley St Aubyn in a new light; one that more accurately reflects the high-end market in which they operate.
The client's latest activities include online advertising and marketing, all of which we are involved in.
